You doubled your money in 9 years. Your $1 Million becomes $2 Million and the cash sits in your MIGSIF account.
But wait, it gets more exciting:
If you leave your money invested and continue to compound it in future payouts, for another 9 years (approximately 18 years in total) your account would now have $4Mil in cash.
You quadrupled your money in double the time. Your $1Mil invested is now $4Mil and the full capital is again available in your MIGSIF account.
Take $3mil in profit and divided by the 18 years period and you will find out that your average return equals 16.5% per year and not 8% and this due to the power of compounding.
Another 9 years and your $1 Mil would now be $8Mil. That is a whopping 25.9% per year, not 8%!
If you then cash out your money and pay taxes because you used a retirement account, (All that is required to cash out of MIGSIF is an email request to withdraw all or part of the capital and you get cashed out within 12 months).
The tax impact would be only once on your $7 Mil profit over the years. You actually would end up with a net around $5.5 Mil.
This gives you give you an approximate after tax net return of 20.3% per year. (Remember that MIGSIF, unlike an annuity has no commission fees, no subscription fees, no management fees, no penalties and no withdrawal fees. Additionally, the capital you invest in MIGSIF is 100% secured and cross collateralized by all the real estate assets in the fund).
I challenge you to find a safer, better way to compound your money with such flexibility and liquidity as well as zero hassles. This is the best way to compound your money with peace of mind.
It is also a great way to beat inflation, taxes, and other worries and expenses that are associated with other type of investments or business endeavors in which you could deploy your capital.
